Hello! I'm Jona Flores, a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience crafting digital products that make people's lives easier and businesses stronger.

I came into product from a visual and creative background (motion graphics, branding, 3D), and my studies in Business Administration taught me to look at problems from multiple angles.

I've worked across e-commerce, SaaS, and marketplaces, in industries like HR, logistics, fashion, fintech, and insurance. I like getting close to the thing I'm building: from discovery all the way to delivery, staying involved during implementation instead of just handing off to the dev team. That often means vibe-coding functional prototypes so we can put ideas in front of users and validate them early on. I care about simple, accessible solutions and about working closely with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior designers along the way.

Outside of work, photography, music, and padel keep me inspired and balanced. I'm always on the lookout for teams that challenge me, projects with purpose, and opportunities to keep growing while making a real difference.
